For small B2B SaaS teams
A customer asked for your subprocessor list. Build it from your stack.
Pick the vendors you use. You get a table with each vendor's DPA link, data locations and transfer mechanism, taken from the vendor's own public pages and dated. Paste it into your site or send it to the customer.
Build my subprocessor list Browse vendor facts
Free. Runs in your browser. Templates and facts, not legal advice.
| Vendor | Purpose | Data location | Transfer mechanism |
|---|---|---|---|
| Example Hosting Ltd | Application hosting | EU (Frankfurt) | Not needed (EU only) |
| Example Mail Inc | Transactional email | US | SCCs |
| Example Auth GmbH | User sign-in | EU (Ireland) | Not needed (EU only) |
Copy as HTML, Markdown or CSV. Each copied row also links to the vendor's DPA and subprocessor list.
How it works
- Pick your vendors. Each one has a page with sourced facts and the date we last checked them.
- Adjust the purposes. Say what each vendor actually does for you.
- Copy it. HTML, Markdown or CSV. The selection stays in your browser.

Vendors give different answers
Some vendors state no notice period in days before they add a subprocessor. Others state 30. Objection windows differ too. If you promise your customers more notice than a vendor gives you, you have a gap to plan for. The vendor pages show each number with its source and check date.
What this is, and what it isn't
A free generator, free templates and a set of vendor pages. The facts are copied from vendors' own public pages, each with its source. They are templates, not legal advice, and they don't tell you whether your setup meets any legal requirement. Your customer's legal team, or your own counsel, decides that. The generator builds your subprocessor list; it doesn't write your DPA.
I built this because I needed it for my own SaaS and kept copying the same facts out of vendor legal pages. More about the project, and how facts are checked.
